Pricing Policy
We divided our business into loose
container loads (packed by wooden carton) and full container business. So it
has two ways as followed :
LOOSE CONTAINER LOADS (L.C.L.)
The expenditure of L.C.L. business are composed of Packing fees, Inland
Haulage, Exporting Documents fees and Shipping Fee.
- Packing
As when the goods are sent as L.C.L. there are generally multiple
handling points, and the goods are often kept for warehousing during
transit. Since we understand the goods sent by us are of great value
to our customer therefore we take best care for safety of the cargo.
We have specific packing solution to the various ranges of products
manufactured by us.
- Inland Haulage
It is generally US$ 35 Per C.B.M. of Cargo.(Inclusive of Terminal
Handling charges)
- Exporting Documents Fees:
The Exporting Documents consist of Certificates of Origin or G.S.P.
General System of Preferences, Fumigation Certificates, Bills of
Lading, Invoice & Packing List, so can clear custom when the
goods arrived. Export Documentation Fees for various sizes shipment
is US$ 100 immaterial of size of consignment
- Shipping:
USA US$ 65 to 85.00/cubic meter, Europe US$ 55.00/cubic meter Base
Ports & Major Inland Ports US$ 70 to 90. Shipping fees fluctuate
with port, season and price of oil. All pieces are wrapped and
marked with ID number on the outside.

FULL CONTAINER LOADS (F.C.L)
The most common way to ship furniture abroad is by sea. There are three
different kind of containers according to their size:
- The 20 feet container : It has a capacity of 32
cubic meters and measures 5.89m(L)X2.35(W)X2.39(H).
- The 40 feet container : It has a capacity of 64
cubic meters and measures 12.03m(L)X2.35(W)X2.39(H).
- The High Cube 40 feet container : It has a
capacity of 70 cubic meters and measures 12.03m(L)X2.35(W)X2.69(H).

- Packing Fees
Since the packing of goods is done in our premises within the
factory of all our F.C.L consignments. We pack the goods in such a
way that our goods remain safe during transit without being packed
in heavy wooden boxes. This saves a lot of precious container space
as well as the cost of packing.
- Inland Haulage
It is generally US$ 600 for one 20 Ft. Container to Mumbai Port and
US$ 1000 for a 40 Ft. Container (Inclusive of Terminal Handling
Charges).
- Exporting Documents Fees
The Exporting Documents consist of Certificates of Origin,
Fumigation Certificates, Bills of Lading, Invoice& Packing List
is about USD 100.00 per shipment.

Shipping Policy
We conform to strict shipping policies
to ensure prompt delivery of products to our clients. We can also arrange
the shipment to the inland destination. Trucks or trains will bring the
merchandise to you. Shipping is normally within one week after funds are
received.
A confirmation email from shipping@raymansweb.com will be sent to you about
shipping cost after we have received details about the destination such as
address, port etc. Even if the shipment is scheduled for an inland
destination, we can despatch the goods via road or rail according to the
preference of the customers. Shipping of goods is normally within two weeks
of receipt of the advance amount.
SHIPPING DOCUMENTS
Bill of Lading
The Bill of Lading is the most important document without it the container
cannot be claimed. It contains important data such as container's number;
seal number; bill of lading's number; etc.
It is mandatory and the cost is included in the Shipping expenses.
Packing List
The Packing List contains the complete list of all the pieces loaded inside
the container, the total number of pieces and the total number of cartons
(or cases) plus the volume measures (in cubic meters). The totals must
coincide with the ones printed on the Bill of Lading and the Invoice. It is
mandatory and the cost is included in the Shipping expenses.
Invoice
The Invoice contains the prices of each single piece and the total value of
the container's goods. Import taxes, VAT, etc. are calculated according to
such figures. It is mandatory and the cost is included in the Shipping
expenses.
Fumigation
The Fumigation/Disinfection Certificate certify that the goods contained
inside the container have been fumigated/ disinfected against insects, fungi
or any other kind of parasite that could be carried within the wooden
material. In some countries is not mandatory; costs are different depending
on the quantity of goods to be disinfected and are not included in the
Shipping expenses.
Insurance
It is not mandatory; cost depends on the kind of insurance requested and is
calculated according to the goods' total value as printed on the Invoice.
